Campaign flow
- Customer buys a Fairphone 5 from Clove Technology between 26 August - 15 September 2024.
- Participating reseller communicates about the campaign, and links to the campaign URL www.promotions.fairphone.com
- Customer visits campaign URL to register the purchase between 26 August and October 15th, 2024.
- Within 2 working days the customer will receive a response via email.
- The additional replaceable battery will be sent to the customer within a maximum of 60 days after registration.

Buy a new Fairphone 5 between 26 August - 15 September 2024 (“Promotion Period”) from one of the participating resellers (Clove Technology) and receive an additional replaceable battery for free (value of €39,95*).

Who can participate
- The promotion campaign is open to residents of the following countries: United Kingdom, above the age of 18, excluding employees, executives, and representatives of the organizer and its affiliated companies, as well as individuals commissioned by the organizer (“Participants”).
- The promotion campaign is only valid for the purchase of a Fairphone 5 device within the Promotion Period via one of the participating resellers (Clove Technology). Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period shall not be considered for participation.
- Private sales/purchases as well as sales/purchases via online auctions and sales/purchases of used devices are excluded.
- To be eligible for the promotion, Participants will need to provide, on www.promotions.fairphone.com:
- a copy of the proof of purchase from clove technology for the purchased device with the following information:
- Invoice date/order date
- Complete type or product name
- IMEI number of the device
- Purchase price
- Reseller information (company name and address)
- a clear and legible picture of the purchased device’s outer packaging showcasing the following information:
- Complete type or product name
- IMEI number of the device matching the IMEI number entered during the registration process and shown on the proof of purchase
Registration period
Registration for this campaign must be made online at https://promotions.fairphone.com/ between 26 August - 15 October 2024. An incomplete registration or a registration that arrives after 23:59 on October 15th, 2024 will not be accepted.

Each device (meaning each IMEI number) can only participate once in the promotion. Any abuse of the promotion will lead to an invalid registration and an exclusion of the user from this Promotion and any future promotion campaigns organized by Fairphone and/or its Partners.
Reward Valid registrations receive the battery (EAN: 8718819377122, 8718819377467, value of €39,95*) free of charge within 60 days of registration. *in local currency
In no case may this promotion be exchanged for the monetary value of the promotion.
Other conditions
Fairphone B.V. has the right to end the promotion prematurely or to change the conditions of participation. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and in case the proper execution of the promotion campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to the participants as soon as possible by Fairphone. By participating in this promotion, you indicate that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Fairphone B.V. and/or 10XCREW on behalf of Fairphone reserve the right to refuse or invalidate a registration in case of suspected and/or verified fraudulent or unlawful activity.
The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
By participating in this promotion, you are providing your information to Fairphone. Your personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purpose of fulfilling the reward requested by 10XCREW on behalf of Fairphone. Fairphone will retain the customer data to provide the customer with a service on their product.
